INDIANAPOLIS — Two goals, two red cards and many more yellows left the Indy Eleven and Saint Louis FC level 1-1 in a crucial Group E matchup Wednesday at Lucas Oil Stadium. STLFC trails Indy by a single point for second place in the group. The top two in each group move on to the USL Championship playoffs.
